I’m proud to officially introduce the Manasseh Durkin website—a dedicated space created to share my professional background, business ventures, and ongoing projects across construction, real estate, and property management.
For years, much of my work has lived behind the scenes: leading teams, managing projects, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of communities and organizations. This site is designed to bring that work together in one place—clearly, transparently, and with purpose.
Why Launch a Personal Website?
As my career has expanded across multiple disciplines, it became clear that a single company website could no longer tell the full story. Construction leadership, real estate investment, property operations, and community involvement are interconnected—but they each deserve context.
This website exists to do three things:
- Provide clarity around my professional experience and leadership approach
- Document ongoing business and project work across multiple entities
- Share insights and perspective gained from years in construction and real estate
Rather than focusing on a single role or title, this site reflects the full scope of how I work—and how I think about building, investing, and leadership.
A Background Rooted in Construction
I’m a second-generation contractor with more than 19 years of experience across commercial and residential construction management. Growing up around construction taught me early on that successful projects depend on more than materials and schedules—they rely on trust, accountability, and problem-solving under pressure.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to projects totaling hundreds of thousands of square feet, including tenant finish-outs, amenity spaces, residential build-outs, and mixed-use environments. Those experiences shaped my leadership style: hands-on, detail-oriented, and grounded in real-world execution.
Beyond Building: Development & Operations
Construction is only one part of the lifecycle. Through real estate investment and property management work, I’ve gained perspective on how decisions made during construction directly affect long-term performance.
From acquisition and renovation to tenant experience and asset operations, this broader view influences how I approach every project. Buildings should not only look good on completion day—they should perform well for years afterward.
That philosophy continues to guide my involvement in construction, development, and property management ventures today.
Community & Professional Involvement
Relocating my family to Richardson, Texas in 2013 deepened my commitment to community engagement. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to serve alongside organizations focused on economic development, cultural enrichment, and civic leadership.
Giving time and support beyond business isn’t separate from professional success—it’s part of it. Strong communities create strong opportunities, and I believe leadership carries a responsibility to contribute where possible.
